	Middleton's Golden Batter Mix - 20kg and 6 x 1.5kg A light textured battermix with a honeyed golden brown colour. Middleton's Gold is designed to fry consistantly and remain crisp in holding display units.
	Middleton's Light Batter Mix - 20kg and 6 x 1.5kg A lighter textured batter with a paler yellow colour. Middleton's Light maintains an even colour and is ideally suited to Food Service.
	Middleton's No 1 Batter Mix - 20kg and 6 x 1.5kg A darker golden coloured batter with a crispy and crunchy textured bite. Midleton's No1 is specifically designed to add lift and remain crisp in display cabinets.
	Fryers Gold Batter Mix - 16kg An intense and vibrant coloured batter with a rippled and spiky finish. Sister mix to Fryers Normal.
	Fryers Normal Batter Mix - 16kg A honeyed golden coloured batter with a rippled and spiky finish. Ideal for customers in the South-East of England.
	Allgold Batter Mix - 20kg A mix designed for Northern tastes with the minimum of ingredients to give a battermix of medium colour, high lift and ability to stand in a hot cupboard.
	Allgold Natural Batter Mix - 20kg Identical in characteristics to Allgold but without any added colour.
	Kings Traditional Batter Mix - 20kg and 6 x 1.5kg This batter is crisp and light with a smoother finish and is a softer bite than other mixes.
	Kings Extra Gold Batter Mix - 20kg and 6 x 1.5kg A sister mix to Kings Traditional but with extra colour. Kings Extra Gold is  a deeper and richer golden colour.
	Middleton's Tartan Batter Mix - 20kg  Developed especially for the Scottish market. A pale, creamy batter with no added lift giving a flat, rippled batter, but retaining a crisp and spiky finish.
	Kings Scottish Extra Gold Batter Mix - 20kg A sister mix to the Kings Scottish Gold, but with added colour to give a deeper, richer golden colour.
	Kings Scottish Gold Batter Mix - 20kg Developed especially for the Scottish market. Kings Scottish Gold is a flat, rippled batter with no added lift. It is very pale in colour.

Own Label Mixes

 Middletons can also produce own label battermixes and base flour to a variety of specifications. Own label mixes can be packed for chains of Fish &Chip shops or franchises under their own logo’s. Please contact us to see if your business has sufficient volumes.
