The Middleton Food Products Catering range of mixes has been formulated and packaged to suit the needs of the catering and institutional markets.
Middleton Catering products are currently sold into Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Restaurants, Cafe’s, Theme parks, Holiday Parks, Nursing homes etc.
Packs are available in a convenient 3.5kg size.

Plain Sponge Mix: A plain versatile sponge cake mix suitable for use as a tray bake sponge or individual loaf tin, also suitable for adding fruit, chocolate chips etc. Just add water.
Plain sponge is also available in a 12.5kg bag.

Chocolate Sponge Mix: A Rich Chocolate Cake suitable for use as a tray bake catering sponge or individual loaf tin. Just add water. Can also be used for Muffins.

Supreme Sponge Mix: A Supreme Sponge Cake Pre Mix. Suitable for use as a tray bake catering sponge or individual loaf tin, also suitable for adding Fruit Choc Chip etc. Just add water.

Carrot Cake Mix: A rich spicy cake mix, suitable for use as a tray bake catering sponge or individual loaf tin. Add carrots to make carrot cake.
