Middleton Light Battermix Middletons Light Battermix was developed as a result of demands from customers for a battermix similar in characteristics to our Golden Batter but without added colour.
  Middletons No 1 Battermix A mix designed to suit Fryers who demand a battermix with more ‘lift’ and darker golden colour.	Neptunes Gold Battermix A mix developed to suit a predominantly London and South Eastern section of the market who require a rich golden colour and softer ‘bite’ whilst still remaining crisp and with the ability to stand in a hot cupboard.
  Neptunes Light Battermix A mix identical in characteristics to Neptunes Gold but with only half the amount of colouring: a colour described as ‘normal’ by some sectors of the market.	Allgold Battermix A mix designed for Northern tastes with the minimum of ingredients to give a battermix of medium colour, high lift and ability to stand in a hot cupboard.
  Allgold Natural Battermix Identical in characteristics to Allgold but without any added colour.	Own Label Mixes Middletons can also produce own label battermixes to a variety of specifications. Own label mixes can be packed for chains of Fish &Chip shops or franchises under their own logo’s.
